Who would have thought to ask that?
What is the shortest stay we can book?
1 month. KWRV is a long-term friendly park that serves families that need 6 months or longer stays. Most of our guests stay longer than 1 year.
Does KWRV offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes! All stays require signing our lease forms.
- KWRV offers a one-month discount on 12 month, or longer leases paid in full upon signing.
Will my RV fit?
Yes! Unless you have a spaceship, our sites should accommodate your RV. We have many sites that are 45' deep designed specifically for the longer RVs.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Just make sure they are not aggressive to others or their pets. All pets must be on a leash when outside. No pets allowed in the laundry room. Please be courteous and be sure to pick up after your pet.
Is there a pre-book/ wait list?
Yes! We keep a list for residents that would like to move into our park if the park is full. First come first serve is the policy. As we get ready to open, we are also keeping a list for future residents, no deposit required, just call and we will add you to the list. When the park opens, we will call you and get things ready to help move you in!
Looks like the park is surrounded by water, can we fish?
Yes! We keep the pond stocked! Fish all you want. Please mind the local fishing regulations and send us your trophy pics so we can post them! The dock is a great place to wet a line.
Can we put a boat in the pond?
Yes! But nothing motorized or longer than 12'. It's more about the kayak or canoe. Life jackets required! All small pwc must be kept out of the water when not in use and stored at the residents site.
Is the laundry facility free?
No! There is a fee to use the laundry room. Each washer/ dryer requires payment for usage. They are good and get the job done right!
Are there family size restrictions?
For families of 5 or smaller there is no additional charge. Beyond 5 members the fee is $25/ mo./ additional member.
My RV is older, but it still looks really good, is it allowed?
Possibly! We have a general policy no RVs older than 10 years of age allowed, however we do understand that some residents take very good care of their RVs. If your RV is older than 10 years, we take those on a case-by-case basis. Send us some photos and we will make some decisions.
Is there internet on site?
Yes! We offer complimentary internet in our park. The speed is middle of the road, so if you need something faster you will need to have your own hot spot.
Can I put a small storage building on my site?
No! Small storage buildings and containers are not allowed. We do this to keep the park looking clean and sharp.

If I leave in the middle of the month, will I receive a refund?
Yes! If you leave before the 15th of the month after your lease, then yes you will receive a half month refund. If you leave after the 15th of the month, you will not receive a refund.
How do I pay my rent?
It's easy and very safe. We collect your credit card information and input this in our accounting software upon move in. We use this as your form of payment each month. In the event of a needed change, we will work with you.
I'm having some friends over, where can they park?
The parking for guests is available but not designated. The best place for them to park is in the cul-de-sac on the side.
