Sites range 35 - 45 feet in depth and include an additional 20 x 20 ft. parking area for two vehicles.

All sites are all covered with a 40 or 45 ft. x 12 ft. wide cover. Constructed with strong frames and metal roofing, our covers provide shade and peace of mind for protection agains the sun for your RV.

Kid friendly and designed for the whole family. Students are zoned to Kingwood School Districts. 

A/C and Heated Laundry Room with washers, dryers, and folding tables.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the dock! Or throw some burgers on the grill. Either way, relax and enjoy the peacefulness of overlooking the water and walking on our trail bordering the pond.

Our park is a long term stay park. Minimum length of stay is one month and billed monthly.
